Project Description
Ginger – the flavours and the flowers was my second publication. Creating this book allowed me the opportunity to visit many growers of finer and photograph their SPECTACULAR flowers. The book includes recipes of some incredibly yummy ginger dishes. The book was a collaboration with Buderim Ginger featuring many recipes that utilised their products. Images included in the book are still utilised in much of Buderim Ginger’s branding and is utilised in advertising and signage at the Ginger Factory.
It was also awarded 2010 International Gallery Silver Award in the prestigious IHPAC The Graphic Professionals Resource Network in Recognition of Excellence – for Superb Craftsmanship in the production of Ginger – The Flavours and the Flowers as a showcase for Picpress (Victoria).
