Little treat today - enjoyed a wonderful lunch at @viewrestaurantnoosa by @mattgolinski as part of the @noosabiosphere Gala and Awards - A celebration of community actions for ‘Grow for Noosa’ in the Noosa Biosphere Reserve.As always Matt created a wonderful, locally inspired lunch. Sorry didn’t get photos of it all - bit off my game. But I can assure you it was all delicious. But here is the Davidson Plum and Blueberry Pavlova with Lemon Aspen Sorbet and the Arrowroot Crisp, Fraser Isle Spanner Crab, lemon Myrtle Aioli, Red champagne Finger Lime… and the menu so you can see what you missed.

I like a bit of theatre and drama, so enjoyed watching the the cocktail creations parade before me.I love my martinis and here, they mix martinis like no others.The 1860 Occident was probably one of the best (if not THE best) I have ever had.
